Happy Scrapbooking Day!!!! So tonight I thought it would sit down and create create a Birthday Card that was similar to the Octanauts characters and a layout using some of the scrap pieces of paper laying around for scrapbooking day. How many of us have a ton of scraps that we keep "just in case"? I challenge you to create something out of your scraps and to reuse stamps you haven't used in a while or at all.
